Refund & Cancellation Policies :
- Non-Refundable Charges: Certain charges like Advance booking fees, taxes, or service fees are non-refundable.
- Refund Process Details: The refund method shall be the UPI / Payment reversal method if paid through the payment gateway and the expected timeline for completion may vary between 3-5 Business days .
- Customer Responsibility:Customers are responsible for additional charges, such as cancellation fees imposed by third-party providers like hotels or airlines or any other Itinerary suppliers.
- Changes to Bookings: The procedure for modifying existing bookings—whether fees apply or not shall be shared to the customers depending upon the Ride / Tour / Adventure / Hospitality packages & shall be acceptable to the customers .
- Special Cases: Our policy handles unique situations like customer emergencies, government travel restrictions, or pandemics or any delay in the Ride / flights timings due to road traffics or bad - weather .
- Right to Amend:The company reserves the right to amend the policy terms, preferably with or without prior notice.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes related to refunds and cancellations will be handled—either through direct contact or mediation services.
- NOTE - "Once the refund request is approved...": This emphasizes that the 3-5 business day timeframe only applies after the refund has been officially authorized.
