First Day Plan: DEHRADUN

- Tour Briefing: A mandatory briefing will be held at 1900 hrs. Duffel bags will be provided, and you’ll need to pack necessary luggage (max 5 kg/person).
- Body Weight: Staff will take the body weight of each pilgrim during the briefing.

Other Journey Details :
Airport Transfer: Provided on the arrival day or maximum one day prior. The same applies for the drop at Dehradun Airport. Only one transfer will be provided for each side, which can be either Airport to hotel or Hotel to Hotel.
- Infant Accommodation: Infants below 2 years (max 12 kg weight) are accommodated free of charge. For age verification, an ID proof/birth certificate of the child will be checked.
- Weight Adjustment: If an infant is on board, their weight will reduce the total permissible weight for that respective group.

Second Day Plan: YAMUNOTRI DHAM
- Starting Day of Chardham Yatra: Passengers will check out from the hotel at 06:30 am after an early breakfast.
- Transfer to Helidrome: Pick-up from the hotel and transfer to Sahastradhara Helidrome by the team.
- Arrival at Kharsali: Passengers will be welcomed by ground staff at Himalayan Heli's base in Kharsali and settled into a nearby hotel.
- Darshan at Yamunotri: Passengers will be taken for darshan as soon as possible to avoid the yatra rush.
- Approximate Darshan Time: 5 hrs 30 mins (round-trip).
- Yamunotri Trek: 6 km one-way.
- Sightseeing at Kharsali:
- Hot Spring at Yamunotri Temple.
- Yamuna Mata Temple.
- Shani Temple.
Note: Kharsali village is the least developed among the Chardhams, so hotel accommodation will be basic.

Third Day Plan : GANGOTRI DHAM
- Journey from Yamunotri to Gangotri:

- Jhalla: Himalayan Heli's second own Heli-base in the Chardham sector. After landing, passengers will be taken to Harsil village and checked into the hotel.
- Harsil: The second destination of the tour, known for its abundant apple orchards and scenic beauty.
- Gangotri Dham Darshan:
- Passengers will be taken for darshan before or after lunch, depending on the rush.
- Approximate Darshan Time: 3 hrs 30 mins (round-trip).
- Road Distance to Gangotri Temple: Approx. 25 km, which is about a 50-minute drive.
- Sightseeing at Harsil:
- Bagodi Village.
- Ancient Laxmi Narayan Temple.

- Passengers will be ferried to Kedarnath Dham for darshan in shuttle services flights.
- Approximate Darshan Time: 2 hours.
- Shuttle Flight Duration: Approx. 7 minutes from Sersi to Kedarnath.
- Weight Consideration: Passengers might be ferried in different shuttle services flights due to the maximum weight carrying capacity of the aircraft at high altitude.
- Sightseeing at Sersi:
- Triyuginarayan Temple – Venue of the celestial marriage of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati (subject to weather and road traffic conditions).
